JUL 7 – Jeremy Vallerand, Executive Director Rescue Freedom International, Human Trafficking and Rescue Freedom
Jeremy Vallerand serves as the President and CEO of Rescue:Freedom International. In 2012, Jeremy founded Rescue:Freedom and opened their headquarters in Kirkland, Washington. Since then, Rescue:Freedom and its global network of Local Partners has impacted the lives of more than 49,000 women and children across the world. Jeremy has been featured in Forbes as a leading social entrepreneur and has a diverse background working with corporations, government leaders, and global NGOs. He also worked in Washington, D.C. to coordinate the National Prayer Breakfast, serving as a liaison to the United States Congress, the White House, and foreign dignitaries.
Jeremy was a featured TEDx speaker delivering a TEDx talk titled, “Using your Passions to Fight Injustice.” Jeremy has a graduate degree in Diplomacy from Oxford University in the United Kingdom and an undergraduate degree in Business from Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Canada. In 2016, he received Trinity Western University’s Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of his global humanitarian work. Jeremy lives in Kirkland, Washington with his wife, Maren and their three children.
