Information on next work party:

Harvest Against Hunger

Bellevue Rotary Harvest Against Hunger (formerly Rotary First Harvest) Work Parties are held bi-monthly, on the second Saturday, from 8:30AM to 11:00AM, at the Northwest Harvest Warehouse, 22220 68th Ave S, Kent.

>> Check the BRC calendar for exact dates.

To sign up for a work party, visit Harvest Against Hunger website and click on the sign-up link for the date of the work party in which you wish to participate. A one-step form will open for you to complete, and you can use this form to sign up for a work party several months in advance.

Imagine entering a room full of bins of apples, pears, corn, carrots, onions, potatoes, or green beans and knowing that in a few hours, you and other Rotarians will have repacked thousands of pounds into cases for delivery to local food banks. What a sense of accomplishment for a Saturday morning!

… you can get directly involved with the fight against hunger …

Every month, hundreds of Rotarians from across District 5030 gather at one of the two Harvest Against Hunger (HAH) partner programs’ warehouses to help sort and repack produce that HAH has gathered. HAH work parties are one of our District’s most enduring and enjoyable service activities; and you can get directly involved with the fight against hunger, socialize with Rotarians from other Clubs, have a great time, and get a free doughnut as your reward!

Members, guests, potential members, and family members — everyone is invited to join this work party. It is a terrific activity for kids (9 years and older), who always seem to outwork every adult in the vicinity. It’s also a great way to show people how Rotary is making our community better.
