Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund
Supporting our Community and International Grant programs
Most people would agree that having an endowment to help fund the operations of a non-profit is prudent and makes financial sense. But unlike annual giving, where the impact can be felt more immediately by the donor and the organization, endowments often feel distant, nebulous, and theoretical.
Today we’ll review a few examples of how types of endowment gifts of varying levels can provide support for the many incredible causes championed by the Bellevue Rotary Club. By illustrating how your gifts will support local and international initiatives for generations to come, our hope is that you will connect more personally with the idea of supporting the Legacy Fund through your estate plan.
An overview of the Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund can be found by clicking its icon on the Club’s main Payments & Donations page, or by navigating to www.bellevuerotary.net/legacy-fund . On that page are links to a downloadable .pdf that provides instructions on how to create a bequest and includes background information for discussions with your financial advisors and estate planning professionals.
