Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund
Supporting our Community and International Grant programs
A note from Alex Smith: The Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund is our Foundation’s endowment vehicle, used to raise money over the long term and distribute an appropriate amount of its earned proceeds to the Club for its annual charitable grant programs. I and the other Circle Members listed below have decided to join the BRC Circle now for various reasons. We have all decided to pledge now and some have made direct contributions to put that money to work inside the Legacy Fund. Others have made testamentary bequests, and some have made a combination of both.
Like any financial investment for the long term, it will fluctuate in value along with the market, but we know it will grow over time. We are encouraging all members and their families to consider the Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund for their estate and during-lifetime planned giving programs.
An overview of the Bellevue Rotary Legacy Fund can be found by clicking its icon on the Club’s main Payments & Donations page, or by navigating to www.bellevuerotary.net/legacy-fund . On that page are links to a downloadable .pdf that provides instructions on how to create a bequest and includes background information for discussions with your financial advisors and estate planning professionals.
