The next BRC Fellowship Ski Retreat will be from February 6‑10, 2019, at Steamboat Springs, CO, Steamboat Springs has five peaks — Mount Werner, Sunshine Peak, Thunderhead Peak, Pioneer Ridge, and Christie Peak — and over 2,900 acres of in‑bounds skiing terrain. There are 18 lifts, including 6 high speed quads, 5 triples, 2 doubles, 1 high-speed Six, and 1 Gondola; 165 named downhill runs; and over 100 miles of area XC and snowshoe trails — 14% Beginner + 42% Intermediate + 44% Advanced = 100% FUN!

Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports is recognized as one of the leading adaptive ski programs in the country and, as such, welcomes skiers of all abilities, offering programs and lessons, as well as being able to provide specialized equipment.

For the non-downhill skier/non-snowboarder Steamboat Springs offers many other activities for your enjoyment, such as cross country skiing, guided snowshoe tours, sleigh rides, scenic gondola rides, hot springs, snowmobile tours, hot air balloon tours, photography tours, and tubing.

For the Adventurous Rotarian, there is the First Tracks Access Program, helicopter tours, winter fishing, winter horseback riding, mountain roller coaster, and night skiing.

Accommodations will be at the Steamboat Grand Hotel, a luxury AAA Four-Diamond, 4.5 star resort, with free basic WiFi Access and ski-in/ski-out at the Steamboat Village Base. On‑site are a fitness center and full spa services, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, lounge and gourmet restaurants.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Roundtrip airfare nonstop between Seattle and Hayden, CO (depart Seattle 02/06, return 02/10)
  • 4 nights lodging (WED, 02/06-SAT, 02/09, checkout and return to Seattle SUN, 02/10)
  • 3-day adult lift ticket at Steamboat Springs (THU, 02-07-SAT, 02/09)
  • Roundtrip private airport transfers to/from Hayden Airport and Steamboat on days of travel (~45 minutes)
  • Buffet Breakfast Daily
  • Ski Storage
  • Basic WiFi in all rooms
  • Free hotel shuttle + City of Steamboat free transit system
  • Free use of pools/hot tubs and fitness centers
  • All taxes and resort fees

$1499* per person based on double occupancy in 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds room (+$650 single supplement)

* Deduct $400/person for no airfare

* Deduct $210/person for no lift ticket

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • $800 deposit per person due by October 15, 2018
  • Final Payment due by November 15, 2018
  • Refunds available for cancellations and/or itinerary changes received through November 15, 2018
  • Cancellations and/or itinerary changes received on or after November 16 may not be refunded.
