Fran is the CTO for Microsoft’s Automotive Industry, part of Microsoft’s WW Commercial Business. In this role, he works with product teams, sales, customers, and partners to guide Microsoft’s strategy for automotive and smart mobility.
Long-time member Norris Bevan passed away November 15 in Bellevue. Norris is a Past President and a Paul Harris Fellow, and had been a Bellevue Rotary member for 53 years. A public memorial service will be held mid‑December. Details are forthcoming.
