Amber Busch, Shareholder, Clark Nuber, “Tax Reform”
As a principal in the Clark Nuber’s tax practice, Amber uses her extensive experience to manage and solve a wide range of tax compliance and consulting issues for privately owned mid-market clients, focused on the healthcare, senior living, real estate, and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Clark Nuber, Amber spent time at a Big Four accounting firm, a large regional firm, and most recently was with Clothier & Head in Seattle.
Amber’s practice emphasis is on providing comprehensive tax planning, consulting and compliance services to clients, ranging from small start-ups to large mid-market entities and their individual owners. She also consults on business structure and formation strategies, performs transactional merger and acquisition analysis, buy-in and buy-out transactions, structuring transactions for tax minimization, and has practiced in interactions regarding disputes with taxing authorities on behalf of clients.
Amber received her BA in Accounting from Washington State University and her MS in Taxation Continued from Golden Gate University. She is involved with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Leadership Tomorrow 2015. She is also a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 under 40 Award Winner for 2012, a Treehouse Board Member, and is a Golden Gate University, Adjunct Professor, “LLC & S Corporations, A Choice of Entity” Masters Taxation Course.
